Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026. This policy is intentionally short because that's all we do.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on local-ai.ie (the waiting list or the “I am curious” updates list), we collect only: your first name (optional) and your email address. For the waiting list we also record the optional selections you choose (main use, AI experience, and preferred machine size). Nothing else.
What we use it for
We use your details to: (1) let you know when our machines launch so you can be first in line to buy, and (2) send you the occasional update if you asked to be kept informed. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone for marketing.
We send emails via a third‑party provider (Resend, which routes to Amazon SES) and use the page analytics provided by our hosting stack. We do not set advertising or cross‑site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as the product is relevant to you — until you ask us to stop, or until launch is well in the past. When you request deletion, it's gone from our database.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. You may also withdraw consent to be on either list at any time. There is no fee and we will act on a request without delay (and no later than 30 days).
